Our customers include contractors, municipalities, refuse haulers, industrial manufacturers, mines and quarries, as well as a number of other hydraulic shops and equipment dealers have come to depend on A & J Machine Rebuilders for hydraulic components and support.
Once your Bailey Hydraulics hydraulic cylinders are received, we will diagnose and send you a repair authorization and quote. The lead times on repairs can change and depend on parts availability and lead time, our current repair schedule, and actual repair times. You may call or email to request specific service for your Bailey Hydraulics hydraulic cylinders and estimated repair times.
Our fully equipped machine shop is always ready to manufacture new piston rods, tubes, heads, bearings, glands, pistons, tie rods, pins and other parts that may be preventing your Bailey cylinder or other equipment from working properly. All our parts are made to manufacturer specifications. Our capabilities save you time and money, as we have an extensive inventory of chrome plated bar stock, 4140 steel, aluminum, bronze, and ductile iron on hand.
Nearly every Bailey Hydraulics hydraulic cylinder that comes through our shop receives at least a "light" honing to insure that the I.D. is as close to perfect as possible, with no internal leakage or bypass. This provides a longer life for your piston seals. We can also remove more stock from your tube, should the situation warrant it.
